Online Parcel Tracking

When you book a parcel delivery through ParcelsPlease we will automatically create an account for you in our parcel management system (ACE).

In ACE you’ll be able to see all the details of all the parcels that you’ve sent through our website.  Including;

  • Tracking & Status of the parcel collection and delivery.
  • Proof of delivery
  • Copies of invoices

Once your parcel has been booked, our system will send you an email with a link to the parcel management system, where you can see the details for all your parcel orders.

 

Parcel Tracking for Your Customers

Sometimes, though, it would be handy if the parcel recipient could simply look up the tracking details themselves, and not have to ask you to do on their behalf.

Coming Shortly; In this section here both you and your customers will be able to simply look up the tracking status of your parcel.

Email the Recipient Tracking Number

This will shortly be an option on the booking form, you simply enter the parcel recipients email address and ParcelsPlease will automatically send your customer the tracking number for their parcel, and a link through to this website where they can check the status of delivery themselves.
