DPD European Parcel Restrictions and Limits and Important Information.

The following apply to all parcels booked on Parcels Please for delivery via the DPD road network for european parcel services;

Maximum Weight;

The maximum weight is 30kg, and this will be based in the higher of either the actual weight or the volumetric weight.

Maximum Dimensions;

The maximum length of the parcel must be no more than 175 cm.  The maximum girth of the parcel much be no more than 3 metres.

Terms of Carriage

• All items must be securely packaged, please see our packaging guidelines for more information.
• All items must comply with the terms of carriage, and not include any item deemed to be either hazardous or prohibited.
• Appropriate insurance must be taken out to cover the item.  In the event of any claim the maximum payout will be determined by the value insured.  The standard insurance included in the booking is £100 per consignment.
• DPD Road services are not timed deliveries and are based on a 2-7 day delivery.  These schedules may be impacted by unexpected delays.
