Furthermore there is an additional class of goods which are not excluded under either the Prohibited items list or the hazardous items, but are goods that are carried at the customers own risk, and outside the cover of insurance.  For more information please see here for; items carried at your own risk.

We take this opportunity to remind you that any Hazardous or Prohibited items must not be booked on any parcel service, and if so done will be subject to surcharges & penalties, delays and loss, as well as all insurance being void.

By booking services on our website or via our customer service telephone number, you are agreeing that you have read and agreed with our Conditions of Carriage and Terms and Conditions.  Any services booked via the telephone that can be booked online will incurr a £2 service charge.  Please book online whereever possible as this is where the cheapest prices are.
