Heavy and Bulky Parcels
Sending Heavy and Bulky parcels is easy with Parcels Please, we have a variety of delivery services that we can send oversized parcels on, and our Freight Parcel division can process parcels;
- Up to 3m long x 99cm high, x 100cm wide,
- and up to 99kg in weight.
If you are a business regularly send shipments of large and heavy parcels then please contact us via our corporate services page, and we can discuss account terms and rates.
Freight parcels are particularly good for products such as Flat Pack furniture, garden furniture & play equipment. Although please remember that this is still a conveyorable network service, and so packaging will still need to be appropriate and of the highest standard.
If you are just sending a one-off oversized parcel, the please call our customer service team where we will be pleased to take details of your parcel weight and dimensions, and where we can choose the most appropriate carrier to book it on.
Pallets for Extra Large & Heavy Parcels
Some heavy items will be more suited to a palletised delivery. Through our parent company, Consolidated Carriers Ltd (CCL) we also offer Pallet services, again either on account terms for business customers, and on a one-off basis for occasional use customers. (Please note that when the lorry arrives to collecte the pallet it will need to be already palletised and ready for despatch. Our drivers do not bring pallets with them.)
