Claims for Parcel Losses and Damage

ParcelsPlease books insurance for your parcels with the parcel carrier as per your instructions on the booking form.

Insurance of a limited amount is included as standard as long as the items are not prohibited, hazardous, or outside the terms of insurance.  Interlink Express services include a standard £12 per kilo of insurance, and UPS services include a capped amount of £60.

Additional Insurance may be booked you must specify this on the booking form.  The additional premium will be a percentage of the value insured.  The carrier will no instances pay out more than the insured amount.

If you are unfortunate enough to experience either loss or damage to your parcels, Parcels Please (and CCL) will process the claim with the Parcel Carrier on your behalf.
