Returning Parcels to Ebuyer

Ebuyers Returns policy is published here.  Ebuyers policy for refunding delivery prices depends of the reason for the return.

  • If the item is being returned because it was damaged in transit during the initial delivery, then Ebuyer will refund you reasonable return carraige costs.
  • If the item is being returned because it is faulty, then once the fault is verified Ebuyer will refund you your return delivery costs.  However, if the item is found not to be faulty, then the delivery costs will not be reimbursed.
  • If you choose to return the item, under the Distance Selling Regulations, then you will be responsible for all parcel costs.

All returns to Ebuyer should be logged into their Returns Online Procedure.  You will need a Returns Merchandise Number  (RMA), failure to include this may mean delays in processing your refund of up to 30 days.   Ebuyer also recommend a tracked delivery service.
