Returning Parcels to ASOS
ASOS returns policy can be viewed in detail here. The main thing to note is that ASOS remind you that the responsibility for the parcel and its contents remain with you until the parcel is delivered to ASOS.
It is therefore strongly recommended that you use a parcel delivery service with tracking, and proof of delivery, so that there can be no doubt as to when the parcel was delivered.
ASOS also state that the delivery costs for returning the item must be borne by the purchaser. If the item is not faulty, then ASOS require the item to be returned within 14 days. Your original delivery charges though will only be refunded if you return the parcel within the 7 days cooling off period.
