Returning Parcels to Amazon
Amazon have a clear returns policy and this is set out on their website. The main points to consider when returning parcels to Amazon.com are the following;
- Use the amazon Returns Support Centre, this will help you create the label that must be included with the returned parcel, as well as ensuring that the return is logged into their system.
- Wherever possible, use the Amazon packaging that the items were delivered in. If you don’t have the original box, include the name of the person who ordered the item, and the order number on the outside of the box.
- You can choose to return the item to Amazon, and they will deduct the delivery charges from your refund.
- Or You can choose to return the items at your own cost. You still need to print the label and include it in the box. To get a quote for parcel return to Amazon please click here for a quick quote (Amazon’s postcode for returns is SA1 8QX)
