When can I call?
If you’re calling to book your parcel delivery over the telephone, or for a quotation, please select option 1 on the phone menu. Our phone lines are open from 8am till 6pm Monday – Friday.
If you’re calling to speak to our customer service department, to track a parcel or if you have any questions regarding your parcel delivery, please select option 2 on the phone menu. Our phone lines are open from 7am till 7pm Monday-Friday and from 8:30am till 12pm on a Saturday.
You can also track your parcels at any time on our Parcel Tracking Page or through your ParcelsPlease account.
Telephone Bookings
In order to keep our prices so low, we encourage customers to use the ParcelsPlease website to obtain quotations and to process their parcel bookings.
Our helpful customer team however would be delighted to take any bookings over the telephone if you are unable to use the website: please note that a £5.50 processing fee will apply to these orders. This charge only applies to services which are fully bookable online.
