ParcelsPlease has a dedicated customer service team ready to assist with any queries you may have regarding your Christmas parcel delivery. Our customer service line is open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and from 8am till 12pm on a Saturday.
Christmas Parcel Deliveries with ParcelsPlease
Everyone loves Christmas presents and it’s especially important that they’re delivered on time – it’s just not the same when they arrive late after Christmas Day. Make sure that you have all your Christmas Parcels wrapped and packed and ready to go, and we’ll come and collect them from you, saving you all the bother of that Post Office queue.
People simply aren’t at home waiting to take delivery of the parcel, and this means that the parcel carrier needs to take it back to the depot until after Christmas. We recommend strongly that all collections are booked so that the delivery date is at the very latest Friday 23rd December.
ParcelsPlease booking can be made online up to 3 weeks ahead of the collection day, so why not book your parcel collections now, and cross that off your to-do list.
