Thank you, parcels please for your excellent service in arranging for my parcel to be picked up by UPS carriers and transferred to the Netherlands in less than four days and at a great price, and tracking system. I looked on the internet and other carriers were charging three times as much and then I came across your web site and I thought that it was to good to be true but you have excelled, well done, from a very satisfied customer and I would recommend your company to my friends, and I will use you again in the future.

Parcel collected 5pm Monday arrived in France at lunchtime Wednesday with a text sent to recipient checking they are in.

Great service. Had to send a parcel to the Netherlands, was quoted astronomical prices by others. Did an Internet search and found parcels please. The process was quick and simple and the parcel was picked up the next day and was delivered to the Netherlands within two days. I will defiantly recommend to friends and will be using the service again, for any international postage and bulky parcels to the UK.
I’ve used your service several times for parcels from UK to Brittany, France. From collection to delivery – less than 48 hours. Three recommended friends and family have also used your service – absolutely superb. Hope one day soon you’ll be offering a return service.

This is our 5th time to use this service, a large carton was collected in the north of England on Monday 10th Jan and arrived at my home in this little backwater in France near the Spanish border on Thursday morning 13th Jan. Excellent service.

Highly recommended. Collected parcel tuesday am, delivered in the netherlands thursday am faster and far cheaper than Parcel Force and faster than Royal Mail delivering letters from the netherlands.

I found this site through researching couriers for my new online business which will involve having fairly heavy items shipped to me on a regular basis. I cannot believe how cheap this seems using these guys!

On Tuesday I ordered 2 parcels to be collected.They were picked up in England Wednesday at 1pm and delivered here in France on Friday at 1pm in good condition. And all for £23.50. My parcel was ordered to be collected between noon and 6pm and was collected after 4pm on 20th May from wiltshire and arrived North of France on the 25th May.I find this more economical and the cover was much more than I would have had with royal mail.

Thank you very much for delivering my parcel fast as the wind and, especially, for Susan’s amazing patience and helpfulness on the telephone, and also the friendliness of your driver! I will recommend you to all my friends and consider you as my favourite parcel service because you offer very fair prices and I think it’s impossible to find a more reliable and better parcel service in GB. All the other parcel services were much more expensive, and when I first came across parcelsplease I regarded it with suspicion for I thought it would be impossible that a credible service could be so cheap, but then everything was fine: For whatever reason, the online order blank didn’t work, but the telephone service was excellent! Susan managed to take my order notwithstanding my broken English and my complicated German name and email address. Furthermore, the driver regarded my request and came after 3 pm on Friday – on Tuesday morning the parcel arrived in Germany.

I’m gobsmacked! My parcel was collected on Monday the 19th at 3 o’clock from Hertfordshire(UK)and was delivered at 11 o’clock in the Linousin (France).That is impressive at any time but considering what is going on at the moment in Europe because of the ash from the volcano in Iceland that is incredible. I shall go straight on the forum where I heard about you and sing your praises. Thank you very much.
I requested my parcel be picked up after 12pm (there are 2 options; anytime or afternoon pick up)but the driver was hours earlier- he said it comes down to when he’s in the area and not the time offered by the website. I had to wait for the postman to arrive first so I could consolidate another parcel. The driver was helpful and arranged to come the next day instead.
The parcel was picked up Wednesday morning instead and arrived in Heemstede, Netherlands on Friday morning, very impressed!
Parcel collected Wednesday pm arrived Friday am in the South France.

As a non-corporate sender, I needed something cheap, but reliable and easy. It was all of these things and it took only two days to get some 30 Kg items to Berlin! Excellent – to be recommended.
My first experience with Parcel Please has been excellent! Great service and wonderful value for money. Wednesday afternoon the parcel was picked up in Edinburgh and Friday it was delivered in Amsterdam, all for just £11.50 !

Since moving up to North of Scotland, one thing has always infuriated me about getting goods shipped up here. A lot of suppliers always seemed to charge a lot more for shipping their goods to people up in this area. Discussing this with the locals, everybody agreed referring to this as the “Highland Tax”.
Eventually, one of my larger and heavier Ebay purchases forced me to investigate this matter further. I tried several companies and online searches until I came across Parcelsplease. As well as considerably undercutting the competition on this deal, the service I received from their staff was first class. I have used them several times now and they’ve always quoted reasonable prices and been “above and beyond” in terms of service. The couriers they use (Interlink in my case) have been punctual and the goods can be accurately tracked online.
I thoroughly recommend them for Ebay puchases and other consumer shipments such as this.
