A few friends of mine recommended your web site when my parents were trying to send me a parcel from UK to me in France. I was not hopeful but I gave it a chance!
I found your web site very easy to use. My parcel was collected from UK the next day after I filled in the form. You took notice of my ‘Mornings Only’ collection statement which I have to say I really did not expect! My parcel arrived today four days after collection.
I have to say I found the whole process easy to use especially the collection from my parent’s house. As they are 82 it saved them a visit to the Post Office and quite frankly I found the quick delivery quite a shock compared with other postal services I have used.

Just to say many thanks for your excellent service. Parcel collected at 2.00 pm and arrived with the recipient less than 24 hours later. First time I have used the service, but would definitely use it again over Royal Mail and have recommended to friends.
Thank you all at Parcels Please. I have now used the service twice to send parcels to France, both times with excellent results. My parcel was booked on Thurs 22nd, collected on Friday 23rd Dec(last working day) and delivered to the door in rural France at 9.30 am on Wed 28th Dec. Considering the holiday, nothing but excellent. I highly recommend this service and will not hesitate to use them again. Happy New year to all.

I would like to praise you on your fantastic service, I arranged for a parcel to be collected from Devon & delivered to France , the package was picked up at 3.30 on Wednesday & arrived here with me in France on Friday afternoon ,absolutely fantastic & 1st class service , through what must be your busiest time of the year.
I telephoned the client help line also before booking & the lady i spoke to was very friendly & above all helpful, i would like to thank you all at parcels please for an exceptional service.
I recently used your excellent Company and I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to you for an absolutely ‘FIRST CLASS’ Service. I applied for a quote online (which was an incredible price, far, far better than any
other I could find) – it was great value for money.
After the booking I received promptly the packaging labels and on the only occasion I needed to phone your Customer Services (to confirm the tracking) I was greeted by one of your staff who dealt with my enquiry in a very
professional, polite and helpful manner. She even followed it up with an email showing all the details (and more) that she had discussed.
The packages were picked up on the date agreed and shipped 460miles and arrived as expected, and all the time I was able to track its temporary home on-route.

P.S. I have calculated, it’s cheaper to send your suitcase by your service, than pay the airlines baggage costs.

Used your service again from UK to France. Picked up in West Sussex last Tuesday (27th Sept 11) and delivered by Friday 30th. All intact and everything there. Delivery man even found our address…a first!

Have used PP very successfully and happily for past few yrs to ship to my daughter in Haute Vienne France. 2 wks ago we experienced a problem when a box was delayed for days as it had been returned to the office in error. PP did their utmost in an efficient, personal and polite manner to rectify the situation to our complete satisfaction. Use this company with complete confidence… this hiccup was a one off and they are to be congratulated on an excellent value for money service.
